Therma-Kool® is a reusable gel pack designed to provide comfortable pain relief when cold or hot therapy is required. Moreover, as a 2-way compress, ThermaKool is both safe for use in the microwave, and stays soft and conforming after being frozen. Convenient to use and ready in minutes with no mess or dripping. Freedom Wrap® provides hands free comfort during Hot / Cold therapy. Constructed of a revolutionary blend of poly-cotton and laminated foam, Freedom Wrap® with elastic touch fastener secures the gel therapy pack to any part of the body. In addition, these reusable wraps act as a protective barrier between the skin and the pack, yet won’t interfere with the healing process.

Instructions for Use
Handle with care when removing gel pack from heat or cold source. Do not lie or sleep on pack. Individuals with circulatory problems should use only as directed by a physician. (External Use Only)
For Cold Therapy:
Keep in freezer or refrigerator. Place gel pack in cover and apply for 20 minutes and repeat procedure. Do not reapply if pack becomes uncomfortable.
For Hot Therapy:
Place gel pack (at room temperature) in microwave and refer to chart on ThermaKool pack for recommended heating time. Remove gel pack from microwave and knead for (1) one minute to distribute heat evenly. Temperature will continue to rise slightly. Place in cover and apply. If additional heat is desired, heat gel pack at twenty (20) second intervals until desired temperature is reached.
Hot Water Use: Immerse in very hot water for 5 minutes.
Always place Therma-Kool™ in a Freedom Wrap®, Blue Easy Sleeve™, or cloth prior to applying to skin.
